CRITICAL REVIEW

The color is permanently modified by different hues, sometimes translucent, some other times vivid, still always precious because of their special luminescence. The lines of color - sometimes unprocessed abrupt thick lines and other times processed refined lines - give unity/harmony to the image. The chromatics always generates authenticity and represents the purity of living, the honesty the act of creation supposes.

Alexandra Rus (quoted by Silvia Suciu, article published in the daily newspaper "The Messenger", Tuesday, 27 july 1999)
