The sensitivity of a soul open to understanding the secrets of objects and the profoundness of human psychology, the force of facing different aspects of reality, make possible the elaboration of the sculptural work of the artist Nada Stojici. In the adventure of a personal volumetric vision’s birth, the artist uses diametrically opposed principles, not necessarily aiming for paradoxical representations. One can recognize in the sculptress’ works sensitive and harsh materials put together, which the artist reconciles through her secret gesture of transforming the substance into idea. The dialogue between the transparent and fragile tracing paper and the fibrous and heavy wood, between the cold metal and the delicate textile fibers of the soft, maternal velvet, lead to the fragile and full of meaning drawing that appears attached to the elaborate volumes.
