CRITICAL REVIEW

Adrian Vădeanu’s sculpture evolves between geometry and anthropomorphic image, continuing structures that are often obtained through the welding technique and exploiting the contrast between the neat surfaces and the corroded ones, a contrast sometimes realized through the association of several materials (metal, wood, textile fragments). His compositions are usually carried out as a drawing in space, integrating the expressivity of emptiness and developing religious connotations or associations of ideas linked to the problems of the contemporary world.
