CRITICAL REVIEW

In the 90s he abandons the expression modes coming from his formation as painter to take on the genres preferred in the eastern countries, integrating video art and live performance. Either referring to the actual space, cutting symbolic and anamnesis sequences or contemplations, or concentrating on the body, Sándor Bartha chooses the word and the text as themes. His style is laconic and ironic, two qualities that sustain the discourse and protect it from pathetism.
