CRITICAL REVIEW

Mihaela Diaconu should be presented as a real explorer of metal. Her artworks are more than materialized complex concepts. She seems to reveal a real cult for this material, a material invested with value by the artist who uses especial finishing techniques and chromatics, neither of them very common among young artists. Thus, her compositions receive a distinctive femininity, depicted in their extremely delicate, sensitive final forms.
