CRITICAL REVIEW

Relu Angheluță is an artist that oscillates between realistic portrait - especially used in his monumental artworks characterised by simplified volumes - and abstract sculpture. Generally intended for indoors, this sculpture stresses arbitrary forms, forms that manifest a certain fluidity which mingle polychromatic materials used by the artist with an excessive mannerism.
