    BIOGRAPHY

    (Slatina, 1889 - Bucharest, 1950)

    Academic Studies:
    School of Arts and Crafts in Craiova;
    School of Fine Arts, with Demetrius Paciurea, Bucharest;
    1907 - 1910 - sculpture studies at the School of Decorative Arts in Vienna, Austria;
    1910 - 1912 - Julian Academy in Paris, France (scholarship of the Romanian state).

    1937 - becomes director of the Art Gallery in Bucharest.
