Figurative original sculpture, not by the subject, but by the feeling intensity. Ladea fructified the sculpture lesson taught by the French artists Aristide Maillol and Antoine Bourdelle. From Aristide’s vision he retained a kind of robust sensuality, visible in the feminine nudes series and from Bourdelle he took that expression and eloquence of expression, the monumental vision, making them of his own personality.
